THis LAST WILL and TESTAMENT is hand written. 

I. DAVID M. RICHARDSON of Spencerville, Ohio being of sound and dispossing mind 
and menory and in usual health but mindful of the uncertainity of life, and 
desiring to make such disposition of my estate as seems best to me do make, 
publish and declare, this my last will and testament. 
Item first; I direct that all my just debts and funeral expences be paid as soon 
after my death as may be found convenient. 
Item second;  I give and Bequeath all the residence and remaining property both 
real and personal, to my wife EMMA RICHARDSON, in case she survive me, to have 
and hold the same to her and her heirs and assigns forever. 
Item three;  I hereby appoint my said wife EMMA RICHARDSON to be the executrix 
of this my last will and direct that no bond be required of her as such 
executrix to sell and convey, all or any part of my real or personal property at 
public or private sale, on such items, and for such price, as to her may 
seembest, without the intervention of any court whatever,for the purpose of 
carring out this my last will.
