Ashland Times Gazette, 3 May 1921 
Mrs. Tabitha Loretta Jordan, wife of Benjamin F. Jordan, died at Samaritan hospital
here early this morning 
after an operation.  She was aged 43 years.  The deceased is survived by her
husband,one daughter, and 
three sons.  She was born in Wooster and lived four miles of north of Ashland on the
Savannah road.  Short 
funeral services will be conducted by Rev. A.B. Robertson at Gilbert’s chapel at 1
p.m. Thursday, after 
which the remains will be taken to Loudonville where services will be held in the
Baptist church at 10:30 
o’clock.
