Legal Notice - Edith Witherell, whose residence and whereabouts are unknown, 
will take notice that Ernest B. Witerell did on the 15th day of Feb., A.D., 
1919, file his petition in the office of the clerk of the court of Common 
Please, Ashtabula county, Ohio, charging the said Edith Witherell with gross-
neglect of duty and willful absence for three years last past, and asking that 
he be divorced from the said Edith Witherell, and other equitable relief, and 
that said defendant is required to appear and answer said petition on or 
before six weeks from the date of this notice.
