Bradford, wants a divorce from the gentleman named, for extreme crulety. The marriage took place at Wellsville, N.Y. and soon after, the alleges, the husband began a course of harsh and cruel treatment of her, which continued up to the time she separated from him. She says he refused to speak to her, and that some time about April, 1902, he drove her from his home, took all of her household goods and property out of the house, and caused them to be sent away from the farm, and has since "utterly and absolutely neglected and refused" to live with her. He is not a resident of Ohio, but as she believes, lives at Amity, N.Y. She wants a divorce and the return of her maiden name. Messrs. Hoyt, Munsell & Hall are attorneys for the plaintiff.
