Alexander Twp., Athens County, Ohio

The Church and Cemetery are in the township of Alexander,
Athens County. This cemetery is referred to as part of the
Alexander-Union Cemetery today. When the Alexander Local
Genealogical & Historical Society printed an index of these
cemeteries, in 1985, they referred to it as the old
Cumberland Cemetery. It is directly behind the Alexander
Presbyterian Church, and enclosed by a tall hedge around
three sides, with the newer Alexander-Union Cemetery on the
other side of the hedge row.
