Sampson, Bertha, 1884 - 1919; Riley, 1880 - 1934 John Riley Sampson, son of
Harvey George & Rachel Diane (Cottrill) Sampson. He was born in Calhoun Co.,
WVa. His wife Bertha Mae (Beckler) daughter of J.Fennie & Mary Jennifer Beckler,
she was born in Athens Co., OH 1884, died 25 Dec. 1919. They were married on 18
Nov. 1903.

Mallon, Mabel S., 1904 - 1977 Mabel died, Oct 25 1977 in the Westmorland
Hospital, Greensburg. She was born May 21, 1902(sic 1904) in Athens County,
Ohio, daughter of the late Riley and Bertha Beckler Sampson. She was preceded in
death by her husband William Mallon. Surviving are the following brothers and
sisters, Ford Sampson of Florida, Luster Sampson of Lebanon, Ohio, Mrs Frank (
Wavelyn ) Ciro of Kansas City, Mo, Mrs Elsie Weaver of Columbus, Ohio.

Mallon, William F., 1901 - 1936 William died 23 Oct 1936. Mr Mallon was stricken
with pnumonia last Saturday while exhibiting at a Kansas City horse show. He
leaves his wife Mable Sampson Mallon, two brothers and one sister, Mrs Robert
Beckler, of Kimberly.

Weaver, Elsie Fern, 1906 - 1981 Elsie Fern (Sampson) Weaver, daughter of John
Riley & Bertha (Becker) Sampson. Husband of Lewis Leroy Weaver, she was born in
Athens, Oh, 12 Feb. 1906, died in Columbus, Franklin Co., OH, on 18 Aug., 1981.
Lewis & Elsie were married in Athens, OH, on 30 Oct. 1923.

Weaver, Lewis Leroy, 1900 - 1952 Lewis was born in Racine, Meigs Co., OH, 25
Nov. 1900, son of Leroy & Melvina (Cundiff) Weaver. He died at Nelsonville,
Athens Co., OH, on 4 May, 1952.
