Beckers Company I 17th Regiment of the Vet R.S. Corps, who was enrolled in Capt John W. Moodys 71st Regt. Ohio Vol, on the twenty-second day of March one thousand eight hundred and sixty five, is hereby discharged from the service of the United States, this thirteenth day of November 1865, at Indianapolis, Ind. by reason of _.C. 155, War Dept October 26, 1965. (No objection to his being re-enlisted is known to exist*) Said John Weiler was born in [left blank] in the State of Germany is 20 years of age 5 feet 5 inches high, Rudy complexion, Blue eyes, Brown hair, and by occupation when enrolled a Farmer.
