Some more info.Thomas Littleton,80 yrs old 
died on 9/28/1853 and was born about 1773 
Maryland and was listed in the 1830 Census 
for Belmont County,Pultney Township.  1870 
Census, Belmont Cty, Pultney, Barbara Littleton,
66 years old with Nathaniel, age 26/Catherine 
Adams,age 28 and listed as servant and Melissa 
Hicks 5 years old and Thomas Newton, 21 years of 
age/a laborer.  Then 10 years later it lists 
Barbara, age 76/says she was born in New York and 
so were her parents.  /Catherine Adams,age 36 and 
Lizzie Adams, age 16.  There is a Lemuel Littleton 
in the early 1800's from the Maryland Littleton's.
We are wondering if the C was left off and he came 
to Ohio.  Marriages continued for Belmont County,
Ohio Sarah Littleton to William Martin 12/11/1813.
John Littleton to Elizabeth Wright 11/25/1814.
Elizabeth Littleton to Robert T. Hutchinson on 10/20/1834.
Fanny Littleton to John Archibald on 11/4/1844.
Charles Littleton,Jr. to Miriam Knight 7/11/1853.
Elizabeth A. Littleton to Wills D. Austin on 8/11/1875,
John Littleton to Lucy C. Foster on 1/4/1834. Saphronia 
Littleton to Samuel Williams on 9/20/1896.  Clara B. 
Littleton to Henry E. Parker on 8/28/1895.  Sarah E. 
Littleton to Alexander Moffit on 8/12/1862.  Clement 
Littleton to Elizabeth Duvall on 6/30/1836.  Benjamin F. 
Littleton to Margaret Patterson on 1/23/1877.  Loyd T. 
Littleton to Maggie Giminden on 4/11/1880.  Oliver 
Littleton to Hannah E. Moffitt on 10/11/1880 (possible 
first cousins) Barbara E. Littleton to James W. Typles on
