George Hall James Martain & Ambrose Danford apprasers of the Goods and 
Chattles of Ruben Perkins Deceased who being duly sworn deposeth and saith  
that the above inventory is just and true to the best of there Judgement Given 
under My hand and Seal this 27th day of April 1816
