At the 2nd term of court, Feb, 1802, the following judges were present:  David
Vance, David Lockwood, Daniel McElherren.  The grand jury chosen were; Ezra
Hall, Peter Wirich, Eben Phillip, John Caldwell, John Nixon, Louis Sherer, John
Kidd, John Williams, David Wordly, Matt Hungerford, Alex Duke, Henry Lingo,
Robert Russell, Ebenezer Smith, Archibald Smith, Ezekiel Boggs and James Ealeson.
      (At this term, 3 indictments were found against Judge Jacob Repshire, for
assault and battery, but the Judge was acquitted)
