Pringle, Mr. James McCrum to Miss Eliza A. Ferrel, both of Morristown, Ohio. Morristown locals. Miss H. Hannaur and Mr. A. Jacobs were married on the 23. It being the first Jewish marriage ever celebrated in Morristown created considerable interest. A Rabbi from Wheeling officiated; ceremony at 12 o’clock M.; time of ceremony 20 minutes. It was first spoken in Hebrew, then translated into German. The parties did not join hands, but exchanged rings. After the ceremony they bowed their heads and the Rabbi placing his right hand on the head of the bride and left on the bridegroom’s pronounced the blessing. The ceremony took place at 9 P.M. in the presence of a large number of guests from Wheeling and this place. The bride wore a beautiful gros-grained silk and acted well her part in the ceremonial ordeal. A sumptuous repast followed and at a late hour the company retired with their good wishes to the happy couple and thanks to Mr. And Mrs. Welday for their kind reception. The bridal presents of Silver and China sets were costly and passed a favorable review at the hands of the ladies of course. Church of this place, was announced from his pulpit on last Sabbath evening to take place in the church on Wednesday the 27 inst., at 10 A.M. The ceremony took place today as announced, Rev. J.S.
