Bethesda--Thelma I. Kemp. 83, of Bethesda, died Tuesday (May 4, 2004) at
Wheeling Hospital.  She was born April 30, 1921, in Beallsville, daughter of the
late Harry and Leota Jarrett Perkins.  Mrs. Kemp was a homemaker and a member of
Bethesda United Methodist Church.  She was preceded in death by a brother,
Chester W. Perkins.  She leaves her husband of 55 years, Hollis Kemp; two
daughters, Mrs. Tom (Lois) Buckley of Flushing and Mrs. Jerry (Lova) Ebbert of
St. Clairsville; a son, Lowell Kemp of Bethesda; five grandchildren, Chris and
Scott Buckley, Matthew, Jonathan and Aaron Ebbert; a great-grandson; and a
brother, Clarence V. Perkins of Beallsville.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m.
Thursday at Kelly-Kemp-Braido Funeral Home, Bethesda where services will be 11
a.m. Friday with the Rev. Jane Betts officiating.  Burial will be in Ebenezer
Cemetery.
