Robert Latimer
Robert(Bob) Latimer, 89, 57520 Ferryview Road, Martins Ferry, died Monday in 
East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. He was born July 19, 1898 at 
Martins Ferry, a son of the late Alfred and Caroline Coates Latimer.
He was a retired Employee of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp., a retired 
account with Jerome Miller and Sons, and a member of the First United 
Methodist Church, Martins Ferry, a former member of the Wolfhurst 
semiprofessional ball club, and the FOE at Martins Ferry.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Alfred (Serd) Latimer; two sisters, 
Edna Yingling and June Latimer and a So-in-Law William Stimpert.
Surviving are his wife, Pauline Burnside Latimer; one son, three daughters,  
17 Grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Keller Funeral Home, Martins Ferry, 7 to 9 
p.m. today, and 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, where services will be conducted at 7 
p.m. Wednesday by the Rev. Keith Peachey. Services will be held Thursday in 
Good Hope Methodist Church, Good Hope, W.VA. Burial will be in Good-Hope
