She was born in Bellaire, Oct 16, 1868, a daughter of Ely and Idel Jeffers, and was a member of St. John's Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by two husbands, William Seabrook who died in 1904, and Isreal Pelkey who died in 1936. Surviving are two sons, Carl F. Seabrook, and Willam E. Seabrook, both of Bellaire; four step-daughters, Mrs. Catherine Scheuer, Baltimore, Md., Mrs. Walter Criswell, Houston, Texas, Mrs. Charles Speaker, Lavolette, N.J., and Frances Seabrook, Bellair; four grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. The body is at the Walter C. Bauknecht and Son Funeral Home, Bellaire. A Requiem Mass willb e celebrated Friday at 9:30 a.m. at St. John's Catholic Church by the Very Rev. Msgr. Paul Metzger.
