Edward S Neff is the son of Bruce A and Alice Clara (O'Toole) Neff. "Martins
Ferry, O., March 15--Edward Neff, 15, died here today as the result of being
kicked by a horse. The boy was found unconscious in a field last Sunday."

He is buried next to his grandparents Darby and Ann (O'Malley) O'Toole and his
uncle Gerald O'Toole.
