Darby O'Toole, my great grandfather, is the son of Thomas O'Toole. He arrived in
the US, it seems alone, at the age of 14 in 1864. He married Ann O'Malley, who
is buried with him, and had four children, Thomas Frank, Alice Clara, Gerald
Leo, and Anna Pauline, my grandmother. He went into the curb setting business,
and a large part of the curbing in Bellaire was his work. He was survived by a
sister, Mrs. Thomas Carey. Buried on either side of Darby and Ann are their
grandson Edward Neff and son Gerald Leo O'Toole.
