Item 1st. I give and devise to my daughter ELIZABETH DANIELS wife of WILLIAM DANIELS ten dollars in addition to two notes of hand which I hold on her said husband WILLIAM DANIELS dated May 2nd, 1832 each calling for fifteen dollars. Item 2nd. I give and devise to my daughter NANCY TAYLOR the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars. Item 3rd. I give and devise to my three sons SAMUEL FALCONER, THOMAS M FALCONER and JOHN FALCONER each their respective receipts for Five hundred dollars which they have heretofore received of me, as their share of my estate. Item 4th. I give and devise to my daughter EMILY SHEPHERD a certain tract of land in Monroe County Ohio being the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section No. Seven, Township No. Three of Range No. Four of the land in the heretofore subject to sale at Marietta Ohio containing Forty acres and 40/100 of an acre. Item 5th. I give and devise to my son JAMES FALCONER the farm on which I now live in Smith Township Belmont County Ohio it now being the South East quarter of Section No. one, township six, Range four. Item 6th. I give and devise to my two daughters, PENINA FALCONER and MARY JANE FALCONER, each the sum of three hundred dollars, a horse saddle and bridle, a bed and bedding. Item 7th. I give and devise to my infant Grandson RUEBEN BRANDON the sum of ten dollars to be paid when he arrives at the age of twenty one years old. Item ___. I do hereby nominate and appoint my son JAMES FALCONER executor of this my last will and testament herby allowing him ten years from this day of my decease to pay off the above mentioned devices without paying any interest thereon. I do hereby revoke all former wills by me made in testimony whereof.
