son of Churchill Wilson, a descendant of Murry Wilson, one of the earliest
pioneers of Fayette County.

LAMAR P. WILSON, b. Lafayette, Madison County, November 8, 1873 son of
Hamilton Wilson b. Madison County, February 7, 1830. Lamar's grandparents
were Valentine Wilson b. Virginia in 1785, came to OH and settled in
Madison County in 1807 and Naancy (Roberts) Wilson.

COL. BENJAMIN WILSON, b. Shenandoah County, Virginia, November 30, 1747, d.
Harrison County, January 2, 1827. In 1802 Col. Wilson purchased 4,218 acres
north of Newark, Licking County, Ohio. He married twice and had 28 children.
