Witnesseth that the said Robert Bryan and Stephen Fisher being vested with full power and authority by the Last Will and testament of the said William Bryan Dec'd. to make conveyances of land the title of which was vested in the said William Bryan at his death In consideration of the premises now and the sum of one hundred and forty dollars to them the said Robert Bryan and Stephen Fisher as Exec'rs aforesaid in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell unto the said Andrew Alexander his heirs and assigns one certain tract or parcel of land containing one hundred and four acres lying and being in the aforesaid County of Brown and state of Ohio on the waters of Brush and White Oak creek and part of a 1000 acres survey in the name of William Bryan assignee of Thos. Blackwell and bounded as follows (to wit) Beginning at a black gum North west corner to the said 1000 Survey thence with a line of the same South 22-1/2 degrees West 206 poles to four hickories & a maple tree thence South 69 degrees East 77-1/2 poles to a gum hickorie & white oak thence North 23 degrees East 206 poles to three white oak trees in the original line thence with the same North 67 degrees West 88 poles to the beginning. To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Andrew Alexander his heirs and assigns in fee simple and the said Robert Bryan and Stephen Fisher in their character of Executors as aforesaid doth covenant and agree to and with the said Andrew Alexander that they will warrant and defend the title of the said William Bryan and all and every person or persons Claiming the same by through or under the said William Bryan his heirs and also against the claim or claims of all and every person or persons Whatsoever. In testimony whereof the said Robert Bryan and Stephen Fisher as Executors as aforesaid have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the day and year above. Robt. I Thomas Helm Clerk of the Lincoln County court do hereby Certify that on the day of the date hereof the fourgoing deed of Indenture from Robert Bryan & Stephen Fisher executors of the last Will and testament of William Bryan deceased was presented to me in my office & acknowledged by the said Robert Bryan & Stephen Fisher executors of the last Will & testament of William Bryan deceased to be their act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned.
