Estate of John W. Pierce file box 290       There is an envelope 2 inches 
thick full of papers.  An application of Fred Jacobs sworn to Apr 2, 1895 
asking that he be appointed Admr says that John W. Pierce, late of Lemoin Tp 
died Mch 23, 1895 leaving no will or widow & the following persons as his 
heirs at law.
1. Joseph C. Pierce, brother, Terre Haute, Ind
2. Michael Pierce, Brother Coxville, Ind
3. James B. Pierce, brother Terre Haute, Ind
4. Mrs Mary Staver, sister Terre Haute, Ind
5. Mrs S.H. Louthan, sister, Arcola, Ills
6. Mrs Margaret Southard, sister, Indianapolis, Ind
7. Mrs Sarah Harris, sister deceased.
Last known address Terre Haute, Ind.
Don't know whether she left issue.  There being none of next of kin residing 
in Ohio.
Reports personal estate of $125 & real estate of $125 & says his P.O. address 
is Middletown, O.  He is appointed.
