Estate of Solomon Rothermel file box 194       In giving exrs bond Aug 1, 1879 
for $1000, his sons Daniel Rothermel makes his mark & Henry signs as "Henry B. 
Rothermel".  Sale bill was filed Aug 26, 1879.  It is not footed.
In their acct, they charge themselves with amt of sale bill $566.71 & on Feby 
12, 1880 pay the widow Phebe Rothermel $100 also on Sept 3, 1880 $55 & show a 
balance due Exrs of $66.82.  This acct approved by the judge June 24, 1881.
Final acct filed by Daniel Rothermel Exr Nov 3, 1881 (Henry had died Aug 8, 
1881 see page 172 item 1) Recorded testamentary record No 12 p 368 Jany 12, 
1882 shows that he charged himself with:
sale of 100 A land at $62 = $6200
Shows a few payts & evident distributions to:
John P.O. Peell [best guess] evidently a creditor $1336.67 2/3
J.J. Davis guardian for Phebe R's dower rights g_#"_•__
