Butler Co., OH Deed Bk H p 583, 584 Deed dated Mar 29 1817 Elijah Horner and 
Prudence his wife to George Kelly Section 1, Township 3, Range 3, granted to 
Joseph Kelly 13 Dec 1807 who sold to Horner. 24 acres on waters of  Elk Creek 
for $96. Beginning at the NW corner of section running W eleven chains, S 21 
chains 82 links, E 11 chains, N  21 chains 82 links. 
Signed  Elijah Horner his mark, O, and Prudence Horner her mark, X . Witnesses 
John  Baird and Nathan Stubbs. Recorded  Nov 27, 1821


Additional Comments:
Note that Elijah signed with an O mark.  Elijah moved to Preble co., OH
