Dorothy Gardner's birthday anniversary was the occasion of a merry party 
arranged as a surprise for her by her sister Miss Betty Gardner. The celebrant 
received many lovely gifts. Games and dancing were pleasant diversions and 
Jack Barrett, Lela Hamilton and Tim Wilkinson won trophies. Those who joined 
making the surprise a success were: Misses Elda Riley, Vivian Shirley, Opal 
Stancky, Lela Hamilton, of Oxford, Mickie and Thelma Scibold, Marjorie 
Gardner; Messrs. Jack Barrett, LaVerne Lemp, Fred S?, Major King, John 
Masters, Tim Wilkinson, Carson Rogers, Jimmie Shriner, Mrs. A Gardner, Miss 
Lizzie Fisher, Misses Dorothy and Betty Gardner.
