Zillox, administrator of the estate of Andrew Gardner filed an answer in common pleas court Thursday to the suit brought Carl F. Antenen, administrator of Anna Gardner. The answer says when Andrew Gardner died February 19, 1920, the heirs agreed that the widow, Anna Gardner be allowed to occupy the property. John Gardner used the property, it says, in the conduct of his business. Any claim which he might have against the estate of Anna Gardner, the answer says is offset by the services she rendered John Gardner in doing the housework, preparing meals and looking after his business when he was away. The answer asks appointment of a receiver to take charge of the property and that the restraining order against Zillox be dismissed.
