My editorial of great grandmother Webb
Arrabelle (Belle) was born March 17, 1862 in Menifee County, Ky., the eldest 
child of Thomas Clark Roberts and Lucy Jane Rothwell Roberts. 

Her first marriage was to Paris Jefferson "Jeff" Suiter on Oct. 4, 1882; they 
were blessed with six children, Emma, Floyd, Josephine, Lucinda, Winfield and 
Henry.

After the death of Jeff, Belle married William "Henry" Webb April 8, 1898 in 
Menifee County, Ky. Two children were born to them, a son, Paris (1899-1901) 
and a daughter, Margaret "Maggie" Webb (1901-1981).

Belle was preceded in death by two sons, Floyd Suiter and Paris Webb, they are 
buried near Frenchburg, Ky. 

About 1908 Henry, Belle and daughter Maggie moved to Middletown, Ohio. Life was 
not easy for them. Henry left to find work in the Toledo area and never 
returned, leaving her and her older children to raise Margaret. 

Belle is buried in Woodside Cemetery, Middletown, Ohio.
