Last May he retired as a custodian for the Howe Motor Co., where he had been employed 5 1/2 years. Before that he was a self-employed carpenter. Mr. Williams was a veteran of World War I. He was born in Clark County, Ky. Surviving are his wife, Willie May; a daughter, Mrs. Herbert Downs of Middletown; one sister, Mrs. Dora Ware of West Bend , Ky; and three grand children. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the First Church of the Nazerene, with the Rev. Preston Theall officiating. Burial will be at the Woodside Cemetery.
