" CHARLES E. WILLIAMS
     Charles E. Williams , 54, of Middletown, died Saturday, July 19,1997, at 
Middletown Regional Hospital.
     Mr. Williams was born April 30, 1943 , in Middletown.  He was a veteran 
and a retired truck driver for Hamilton Fixture.
     He is survived by his wife, Helen Watson Williams, of Middletown; son, 
Mark E. Williams , of Middletown; two daughters, April K. Ingram and Mary E. 
Williams, both of Middletown; two brothers, Phillip Williams , of Dayton , and 
Stanley Williams , of Middletown; one sister, Phyliss Ellkins, of Middletown; 
one granddaaughter, Shawna Newberry.
     ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services will be 10 a. m. Tuesday at Butler County 
Memorial Park Chapel with the Rev. Donald Clarkson officiating.  Burial will 
be at Butler County Memorial Park.  There will be no visitation.  Wilson 
Schramm Spaulding Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
