Newspaper Obituary " ANNA MANKEY DIES IN KANSAS"
     Anna Mankey, 66, of Callao, died Sunday in Kingman, Kan., where she had 
been making her home with her daughter, Naomi Donnelly.
     Funeral services will be held in Calleo, 10 A.M. Tuesday at the Carney-
Edwards Funeral Home.  The Rev. Eloise Shoultz will officiate.  Visitation is 
in progress at the funeral home.
     Grave side rites and burial will be held at the Wakenda Cemetery in 
Wakenda, Mo.
     Born Aug. 23, 1912, in Sardis, Miss., she was the daughter of John and 
*Annie R. Clemmons Williams.  She married Francis Henry Mankey on Oct. 4, 1926 
in Middletown, Ohio.  The couple moved to Calleo in 1972 and managed the  
Calleo Senior Citizens housing there until Mr. Mankey's death in June of 1978.
    Mrs. Mankey was a member of the Calleo Methodist Church and a county 
extension club.
     Survivors included three sons, Floyd Mankey, out of state, David Mankey 
of Mack's Creek and Francis Mankey of Columbia.  There are 25 grand-children 
and three great-grandchildren also surviving.
     Her parents and four brothers and her husband preceded her in death."
