To the Honorable Judge of the Probate COurt of said county:
In the Matter of Everett Williams and Carmilee Williams     No. 6501
The undersigned respectfully  make application for a Marriage License foe said 
parties, and upon oath state that said Everett Williams is 27 years of age on 
the 28 day of February 1939His residence is Somerville, O. RR ???cannot make 
outhis place of birth is Middletown, Ohio his Occupation is Sales Manager his 
father's name is John Williams his mother's maiden name was Lily Clemmons
that he is not previously married and that he has no wife living. That said 
Carmilee Morrison is 28 years of age on the 18th day od January, 1939
her residence is Somers Township, Preble County, O. her place of birth is 
Middletown, Ohio her occupation is at home her father's name is James Chester 
Morrison her mother's maiden name was Pearl Gunnell that she has not 
previoully married.

Additional Comments:
Everett was not born in Middletown.  He was born in Sardis, Panola Co., MS.  I 
have his birth certificate to prove it.
