The undersigned respectively make application for a 
marriage license for said parties and upon oath states:
That He is 28 years of age , on the 9 day of July 1935.  
His residence is Middletown, Ohio.  
His place of birth is Verdin, KY.  
His occupation is Baker.  
His father's name is John Williams. 
His mother's name is Lilly Clemons. 
That he was not previously married and that he has no wife living.
That she is 23 years of age on the 14 day of January 1935.
Her residence is Middletown, Butler County, Ohio.
Her place of birth is Springfield, Ohio.
Her father's name is Frank Smith.
Her mother's name is Ellen Beverly.
That she was not previously married.

It is expected that Rev. Pirkin is to solemnize the marriage of said parties.
Sworn to me, and signed in my presence, This 3 day of Sept 1935  Gidean Palmer 
Probate Judge  by Magdalene Byrd Deputy Clerk    
Marriage Certificate is for same day.
