Written: August 7, 1856

Will of John Young, will book 3 page 584.  This recites that John Young was a 
resident of Warren Co, O & his will was recorded there & certified for record 
here by the Probate judge there Nov 2, 1880.  Says that on Sept 8, 1856 is 
produced in the courts here a certified copy of his will for probate & the Exr 
John W. Young having given bond in $7000 same is admitted to record & shows 
disposition.
to my wife Keziah control of R.E. etc
to my daughter Hannah Maria Magie $1200 etc
to my daughter Caroline Gallaher all my share in farm bot by Wm A. Gallaher & 
myself.  Also gives sd two daughters all my turnpike shares.
to my son John W. Young, all the balance of my estate subject to the life 
tenure of my wife Keziah.
Lastly Appoint my said son John W. Young Exr.  Dated Aug 7, 1856 John Young 
(seal) Attest P.P. LaTourette, David R. Dyche.  Probated in Warren Co, O Sept 
8, 1856.
