obit-Urbana Daily Citizen 28-Jun-1965 pg 10 St. Paris--Funeral services for Guy 
L Apple, 71 of St. Paris, who died in the Hoover Nursing Home in Urbana at 
11:35 p.m. Sunday, will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Richeson and Wickham F
Funeral Home here.
He had been ill since April and had bee in the Hoover Nursing Home for three weeks
weeks.
He was born in Champaign County, Mar 13, 1894, the son of Benjamin and Amanda Prin
Prince Apple.  He was a retired signalman for the Pennsylvania Railroad Co.
He was a member of the St. Paris Baptist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Miss Margaret Apple of St. Paris, two brothers, B.
B.T. and Ray of St. Paris, two sisters, Miss Grace Apple of St. Paris and Miss My
Myrtle Apple of Port Charlotte, Fla.
Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery.
