Mrs. Nellie A Apple, 75, St. Paris, died today at 7:20 a.m. at the home of a d
daughter Mrs. Richard Barger, St. Paris route one.  She had been ill for one y
year.  She died of a heart  attack.
She was born in Champaign County July 13, 1883 daughter of David and Margaret
Leffel
Leffel Poorman.
Mrs. Apple was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.  Her husband Edward Apple has 
been a patient at Dettmer Hospital, Troy, for the past four years.  They had be
been married for 55 years.
Surviving besides her husband is daughter, Mrs. Richard Barger and several n
nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Richeson Wickham Funeral Home, 
St. Paris.  The Rev. W.W. Paananen will officiate.  Burial will be in Spring 
Grove Cemetery
