Miss Grace E Apple, 87, formerly of E. Plum St., St. Paris, died at 1:30 pm 
Thursday in the Champaign County Home, where she had been a patient seven 
years.
Miss Apple had been self-employed as a dressmaker for 75 years.  She was a 
member of First Baptist church and Phythian Sisters Lodge, St. Paris.
Born in Champaign County April 4, 1886, she was the daughter of Benjamin and 
Amanda Prince Apple.
Survivors are a sister, Myrtle Apple of Port Charlotte, Fla;a brother, Ray of 
St. Paris and two nieces.
Services will be conducted at 1:30 pm Saturday in the Richeson-Wickham Funeral 
Home, St. Paris, by the Rev Cecil Norman.  Burial will be in Spring Grove 
Cemetery.
