Death Notice
St. Paris Man Dies as Truck Hits Bridge
Urbana, OH
Charles R Arbogast, 73, of nearby St. Paris, was killed late Wednesday night 
when the pickup truck he was driving struck a bridge on Ohio 560 just south of 
Westerville, went down an embankment and plunged into a creek
