Helen Ruth Barger, 62, St. Paris, died Wednesday at 8:36 pm in her residence, f
following 11 months of failing heath.
She was born Dec 6, 1924, in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Clarence O'Dell 
and Marjie (Stone) O'Dell of Champaign Nursing home, Urbana
From 19651 to 1964, she was employed as a clerk in the Champaign County A
Auditor's office.
Survivors include her husband, Howard Elston Barger, whom she married June 15, 
1962, two sons, Ronald Fenton of Yellow Springs and Gregory Barger of St. 
Paris, a daughter, Marsha (Fenton) Baillie of St. Paris, a grandson, two 
stepsons, five step grandchildren, two step great-grandchildren, a brother, Wi
William C O'Dell of Portsmouth, an uncle, two aunts and several cousins, nieces an
and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, William A Fenton, who died in 1
1961.
Funeral services will be announced at a later date
