The St. Paris News-Dispatch
Benoni Barnes, one of the most prominent men of Jackson Twp, died last Monday, 
aged 81 years. He was married to Sarah Latea in 1826. Funeral by SP Carleton 
on Wednesday, interment at Hills Cemetery.
