BAYLEY, Thelma Jane "Tecky" (Welsheimer) 87, died Friday in Eaglewood Village. 
She was born in Urbana February 1, 1919, a daughter of Jesse E. and Jennie 
(Moses) Welsheimer. A graduate of Miami University and an Urbana school 
teacher for several years, "Tecky" was married in 1943 at Ft. Bliss, Texas to 
William G. Bayley who died in 2001. The Bayleys had traveled widely and 
established several residences, most recently in Allison Park, Pennsylvania. 
Survivors are a niece, Belinda Bell Bryan of Columbus, wife of Dr. Don Bryan, 
and nephew, R. Andrew Bell of Springfield, husband of Cathy Bell; a number of 
great-nieces and great-nephews, and two cousins, Beverly Krein of Lakewood, 
Colorado, and Barbara Barth of Springfield. In addition to her husband she was 
preceded in death by her parents; she was preceded in by her parents and a 
sister, Phoebe Bell. The family is being served by the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL 
HOME. Private graveside services will be held in Oakdale Cemetery, Urbana, at 
the convenience of the family. You may express condolences to the family at
