MRS. MARION F. BAYS
ILL MONTH, STRICKEN

Mrs. Marian Faulkner Bays, 30,who lived here all her life, died at
12:01 p. m. Monday en route to Piqua Memorial hospital. She had
been in the hospital for 23 days and after a 6-day rest, she was being
returned. 
Born February 4, 1918, she was the daughter of Walter and Adelaide Fromme 
Faulkner. She was married to Richard Bays March 8,1947.
A graduate of Jackson townshipschool in 1986, she attended Urbana
Junior college. She was librarian at St. Paris until January,1948.
Survivors besides the husband areher parents and one brother, Thomas
of §t. Paris.
Funeral services will be conducted
at"2 p. m. today (Thursday) in the
Baker funeral home. Officiating will
be the Rev. Ross C. Hurley of the
Methodist church. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
