Mrs. Viola Berry Succumbs Friday to Long Illness
Mrs. Viola P Berry, 67 died at 10 pm Friday in Turkey Foot Manor nursing home at Ba
at Barberton, Ohio, after a four and a half year illness.
A native of Concord township, she was born March 8, 1886, the daughter of Geor
George and Rebecca Jane Comer Barger.  Her husband, Wilber Berry, died August 28, 
28, 1940.
She was a member of the St. Paris Baptist church, the Baptist Home circle, the Eas
Easter Star and Phythian Sisters.
Surviving are two sons, Randolph, a Toledo attorney and Dr. D.D. Berry of Ak
Akron; one brother William Barger of Urbana; and 5 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Tuesday in the Baker Funeral home in S
St. Paris.  Rev. Mason Grove, pastor of the St. Paris Baptist church, will o
officiate.  Burial will be made in Spring Grove cemetery.
