Elva L Biddle, 93, of St. Paris, passed away on Friday, Dec. 10, 2004 at 5:20 pm i
pm in the McAuley Center Urbana.
She was born in Urbana on May 22, 1911, the daughter of the late Charles and Min
Minnie Elva (Jenkins) Baker.
Mrs. Biddle attended the Bowlusville United Methodist Church.
On Jan.19, 1929, Elva Married Norman Arthur Biddle.  He passed away on May 25, 1
1989.  In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a s
son, Nelson Biddle, a daughter, Donna Biddle; one sister Alta Mae Knotts; and f
four half brothers, Chester, Irva, Orla and Forrest Zirkle.
Survivors include two sons, Charles (Sandy) Biddle and Raymond (Pat) Biddle, 
both of Urbana; two daughters Phyllis (Dale) Wallace of Urbana and Wilma 
(Marvin) Teach of Escondido, CA; ten grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two 
great-great grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Foley of Springfield; and s
several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, Dec.15, 2004 at 10:30 am at the 
Spring Grove Cemetery, North Heck Hill Road, St. Paris, with the Reverend Nancy 
Hardin, chaplin of Mercy McAuley Center officiating.
