Mrs. Floyd Achsah Clark, 81 died at 1:20 pm Tuesday in Riverside Hospital, 
Columbus, where she had been a patient six days.  She was born in Rosewood 
Sep. 27, 1893, a daughter of Harry and Elizabeth Mitchell Everingham.
She was a member of Rosewood United Methodist church.  She is survived by two 
daughters, Mrs. C.J.Cross(Marcia) Worthington, and Mrs. Roger Miller
(Monabelle), Cincinnati.  She is also survived by two brothers Chester an 
Mahalon Everingham, Rosewood, and one sister, Mrs. John Underwood(Celia), 
Westville, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  Her husband Floyd 
preceded her in death in 1972.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 11 am in Rosewood United 
Methodist church by the Rev William Coppert and Rev Keith Schmuck.
Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery. Richeson-Wickham and Adkins Funeral 
Home, St. Paris
