Frances B. Clem, 74, of Troy, passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2008, at Koester 
Pavilion, Troy.
She was born on July 26, 1933 in Glasgow, Scotland to the late Alexander and 
Mary (Bradley) Donnelly. Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert 
Allen Clem, who passed away on June 7, 2006.
Frances is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Francine and Stephen 
Roberts of California City, Calif., and Kelley and Joshua Turner of Dayton; 
son, Donald Allen Clem of Troy; three grandchildren, Melissa (John) Goonan, 
Lauren and A.J. Turner; and great-grandchildren, Breanna Goonan and John 
Goonan Jr.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, 
Sandra Southertand; and a brother, John Donnelly.
Frances was a member of First United Methodist Church in St. Paris. She 
retired this past January from Meijer in Troy as a clerk in the deli 
department.
There will be a funeral service held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Fisher-Cheney 
Funeral Home, Troy, with Pastor Dale Christian officiating. The visitation 
will take place from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, one hour prior to service time. 
Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, St. Paris.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's 
Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude PI., Memphis TN 38105-1942
