He had been bedfast since April. He was born in Champaign Co Februray 10, 1868 and was married to Ellnore Erwin January 7, 1892. Mr. Comer had farmed in Champaign and Miami Counties all of his life. He was a member of the Lena Baptist church and the Men's class of Fletcher Federated Church. Surviving are his widow;three daughters, Mrs. Worley Evilsizor,Piqua Rural route;Mrs Harold Rouse, Urbana Route 3; and Mrs. Luther Evilsizor, Urbana Route 1;two sons Robert Comer of DeGraff Route 1 and Russell of Brown Township;a sister Mrs. Charles Scoby, DeGraff; a brother Charles Comer, Urbana, and fifteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Services will be conducted Tuesday at 2 o'clock at the suber Funeral home by Rev. Harry Manning of Lean and Rev. Edw. Fischer of Fletcher with burial in Spring Grove Cemetery at Millerstown.
