Olive M. Cook, 82, of South State Route 560, Urbana, Ohio, died Monday, Oct. 
8, 2001, at 12:25 a.m. in Mercy McAuley Center. She was born Aug. 8, 1919, in 
Mad River Township, to Rudolph and Tressie (Zerkle) Cook. She was retired from 
Velvet Ice Cream Co., in Springfield, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her 
parents, a sister, Francis Stallsmith, and a brother, Donald Cook. She was a 
member of the Westville United Methodist Church and the Valley Garden Club. 
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, 
Oct. 11, 2001, in the WALTER-SCHOEDINGER FUNERAL HOME, A Dignity Memorial 
Provider. A funeral service will be held on Friday, Oct. 12, 2001, at 10 a.m. 
in the funeral home, with Rev. Anita James officiating. Burial in Terre Haute 
Cemetery, Terre Haute, Ohio....
