The Urbana Daily Citizen     abstract
COTTRELL, Jo Ellen 63, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Wednesday July 21, 
2010. She was born January 23, 1947 in Urbana, Ohio the daughter of late 
Richard & Martha (Cheeseman) Lacey. She retired from Northwestern School 
system. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, two sons,daughter, three 
grandchildren, Visitation will be 5-8 PM Friday July 23, 2010 at the TROSTEL, 
CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Funeral services 
will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday in the funeral home with Deacon Bob 
Kozlowski officiating. Burial will be in Honey Creek Cemetery.
