Thomas A. "T.A." Couch, 68, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2006 in 
Lima Memorial Hospital.



He was born Jan. 19, 1938 to the late James and Ruby Couch in Davie County, 
N.C. T.A. was an avid fisherman who also enjoyed writing songs and playing them 
on his harmonica and guitar. 



He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Mary Ann Watkins Couch; children, Tim 
(Ruth) Couch, Hope Couch (Todd Moyer), Mary Ella (Jeremy) Weidner; 
grandchildren, C.J., Paul, Crystal, Autumn and Logan; great-grandchildren, 
Joshua, Austin and Emilia Bella; brothers, Lawrence (Mabel), Odell (Betty), 
Paul Couch; sister, Joyce (Glen) Murphy and several nieces and nephews.



He was preceded in death by brothers, Virgil and James Jr. and sister, Mary 
Francis.



The family will receive friends Saturday, Dec. 30, 2006 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. 
in the WALTER-SCHOEDINGER FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, Ohio, where services will be 
held at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Nettle Creek Cemetery
