CROKER, Betty J. 87 of Urbana, passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2008 in the 
Alterra Sterling House of Urbana. She was born on February 17, 1921 to Chester 
and Gladys (Armour) Stiner. She married Ralph Croker and celebrated 59 years 
of marriage. She loved playing cards with her friends and spending time with 
her family. Betty is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Ken) Clem of Urbana, her 
sons, Jerry Croker of Urbana and Bruce (Pam) Croker of Urbana. A sister-in-
law, Jane Stiner of Huntsville, OH. Her Grandchildren, Jason Clem and Erin 
Smith of Springfield, Traci (Clem) Sebastinas, Jason (Michelle) Croker, Staci 
Croker, and Shane Croker all of Urbana; 3 Great-granddaughters, Meghan Smith, 
Carly E. Clem and Addisyn R. Sebastinas and 1 Great-grandson, Conner Croker. 
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a brother, Robert 
Stiner. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 4-7 p.m. on 
Friday, May 2, 2008 in the Vernon Funeral Home, 235 Miami St. Urbana, Ohio. 
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday in the funeral home 
with Rev. Kevin Horrigan officiating. Burial will be in the Oakdale Mausoleum 
of Urbana, OH
