Eichholtz Funeral Home Records
Steven L. Davis, 47, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, died Sunday, October 12, 2008, at 
his home. He was born in Urbana, Ohio, on October 16, 1960, a son of Leonard 
C. Davis, who survives in St. Paris, and the late Joan A. Brandyberry Davis.

On April 9, 1988, he married the former Amy Hurley in Huntsville, Ohio, and 
she survives, along with sons, Seth M. and Sean M. Davis, of the home; 
daughters, Emma C. and Erin E. Davis, of the home; a sister, Meral J. Miller 
of Dayton; and several nieces and nephews.
A1979 graduate of Graham High School, he worked for AGC Automotive in 
Bellefontaine and delivered newspapers for the Bellefontaine Examiner. He 
worked very hard for his family and enjoyed his children in their activities.

Pastor Jonathan Bull conducts the funeral service at 11 a.m. Friday, October 
17, 2008, at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine, where calling hours 
are two hours prior to the service. Burial is in Rosedale Cemetery in 
Champaign County. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a scholarship fund 
for the Davis children at Fifth/Third Bank 541 S. Main St. Bellefontaine, Ohio 
43311.
