The Urbana Daily Citizen-abstract
Jeffrey L. Dill, 48, of West Liberty, passed away as a result of an automobile 
accident on Monday, December 3, 2012, near state Route 296, northwest of 
Urbana.
He was born on March 18, 1964, in Urbana, Ohio, a son of Joe and Barbara 
(Long) Dill of Urbana.
On January 10, 1990, in West Liberty, he married the former and she survives 
After 25 years at Honda of America he transitioned full time into the family 
business of maple syrup and homestead farming. He enjoyed serving others and 
was a member of Grace Chapel Church, where he faithfully served in many 
capacities, including being an usher. Some of Jeff’s favorite things to do 
were cutting wood, baling hay, sitting on the porch with his wife, family and 
friends. He also loved serving on the Champaign County Fair Board. He brought 
a lot of laughter and endless conversations in his home. He will be remembered 
as a wonderful, loving, hard working and caring husband, father and friend.
Pastors Josh Gelatt and Jeff Mixon will officiate a funeral service on Friday, 
December 7, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Grace Chapel Church, 500 Linden Avenue, West 
Liberty, where friends may call on Thursday, December 6, 2012, from 2-4 and 6-
8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to a memorial fund set up in 
Jeffrey’s name for his children.
